We specialise in public practice accountancy, working across audit, accounts and tax. That covers everything from trainee and part-qualified roles through to senior and leadership hires, depending on the firm and team structure.
We work with a range of practices — from smaller independents through to larger regional firms — across Sussex, Hampshire, London and the wider UK. Because of that, we see how different teams are set up, where the gaps are, and what firms are actually looking for.
Typical roles we support with include accounts, audit and tax positions at all levels, as well as bookkeeping and support roles where needed.

Audit Senior / Assistant Manager

This is an opportunity for someone with around two years' audit experience who's ready to take on more responsibility, develop their client exposure and continue progressing towards Assistant Manager level.
You'll work with a varied portfolio including limited companies, LLPs and charities, getting involved throughout the audit process while continuing your ACA or ACCA studies.
You'll also start taking more responsibility for supporting trainees and developing the skills you'll need to progress into management.
Freelance Tax Consultant

I'm looking for an experienced Tax Consultant to support a range of complex UK tax advisory projects on a freelance basis.
This isn't a compliance-heavy position. You'll be brought in for your technical knowledge — researching complex tax issues, identifying planning opportunities and turning legislation into clear, practical advice that clients can actually understand and use.
You'll work remotely, manage your own assignments and have support from the wider team around administration and client relationships
