Their client care executives serve as the welcoming face of the firm, connecting our clients with our dedicated legal professionals. They play an integral role in ensuring the seamless operations of the firm.

  • Handle all new customer inquiries, diligently follow up on existing requests, and cater to their client’s needs.
  • Pride yourself on going above and beyond to provide a one-of-a-kind service, ensuring that their clients feel valued and cared for.
  • Managing confidential client information in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Meticulously input this information into the firm’s client management database.
  • Responsible for scheduling initial consultations, setting up client files, liaising with clients on their specific needs, and ensuring the delivery of excellent end-to-end customer service.
  • Oversee invoicing and billing processes to ensure timely payments.

What they’re looking for:
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in an office-based customer service role, where you have demonstrated your capability to provide outstanding service.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A high level of proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential
  • You will have at least a GCSE level qualification in English and Math, with a minimum grade of 4/C (or equivalent).
  • Keen attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills, and positive and friendly demeanour.
  • Possess exceptional in-person and telephone customer service skills.
  • The ability to defuse situations and comfort people through your words is a valuable asset.
  • You will have the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism and approachability.
  • You have the ability to maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations and have the ability to think on your feet.
