About the Role
Insolvency Administrator
📍 Hybrid | Full-Time | Restructuring & Insolvency
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Insolvency Administrator to join a close-knit and collaborative restructuring team. If you have at least two years of corporate insolvency experience and are confident managing cases from start to finish, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and people-focused environment.
What You’ll Do

Take ownership of cases from initial handover to closure

Liaise with directors, accountants, creditors, agents, and employees

Draft and issue statutory documentation for CVL and Administration appointments

Realise assets, prepare detailed case reviews, and complete investigations

Support senior team members on complex CVL and Administration cases
-
Prepare Statements of Affairs and SIP6 documentation
-
Work on a range of appointments including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations
What We’re Looking For
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate insolvency
-
Comfortable with pre-appointment, appointment, and investigatory CVL work
-
Strong understanding of SIP6 and preparation of Statements of Affairs

Able to work independently and collaboratively

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Down-to-earth team player with a positive attitude

Strong communication skills and confident dealing with stakeholders
