About the Role

📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH) | Full-Time | Trusts & Estates

We’re looking for an ambitious Trust Senior to join a well-established Trusts & Estates team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years’ experience in trust or estate work who is keen to deepen their technical knowledge while working with a high-quality and varied client portfolio.

You’ll gain exposure to both compliance and advisory work, supporting trusts, estates, private charities, and high-net-worth families, while collaborating closely with colleagues and external professionals.

What You’ll Do

Prepare trust tax returns and manage HMRC access permissions
Prepare annual trust accounts
Assist with estate accounts and estate administration period tax reporting
Support trust and estate advisory work across a range of client matters
Communicate with clients, solicitors, stockbrokers, HMRC, and other advisers
Assist with department financials, including raising fees and billing support
Calculate and prepare inheritance tax events accurately

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years’ experience in a trust or estate environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Collaborative and supportive team player
Exposure to trusts or estates in practice
Ambition to pursue professional qualifications (ATT, CTA, STEP or similar)
