About the Role

📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH) | Full-Time | Trusts & Estates

We’re looking for an ambitious Trust Senior to join a well-established Trusts & Estates team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years’ experience in trust or estate work who is keen to deepen their technical knowledge while working with a high-quality and varied client portfolio.

You’ll gain exposure to both compliance and advisory work, supporting trusts, estates, private charities, and high-net-worth families, while collaborating closely with colleagues and external professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare trust tax returns and manage HMRC access permissions

  • Prepare annual trust accounts

  • Assist with estate accounts and estate administration period tax reporting

  • Support trust and estate advisory work across a range of client matters

  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, stockbrokers, HMRC, and other advisers

  • Assist with department financials, including raising fees and billing support

  • Calculate and prepare inheritance tax events accurately

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a trust or estate environment

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Collaborative and supportive team player

  • Exposure to trusts or estates in practice

  • Ambition to pursue professional qualifications (ATT, CTA, STEP or similar)
