About the Role

📍 Halifax | Full-Time | General Practice

This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Senior Manager looking for a clear and accelerated pathway to Director level within 2–3 years. The role will evolve into a Regional Lead position, where you’ll play a key role in driving growth, transformation, and performance across the region.

You’ll take ownership of a substantial and diverse client portfolio while leading teams, shaping strategy, and helping to build the future of the practice.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a broad portfolio of audit, accounts, and advisory clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering consistently high service standards
Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of professionals across service lines
Identify and deliver growth opportunities within existing clients and through new business
Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategy
Lead change initiatives to improve efficiency, client experience, and regional presence

What We’re Looking For

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant post-qualification experience within practice
Proven experience managing client portfolios across audit, accounts, and advisory
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business development
Confident, influential leader with excellent communication skills
Ambitious and motivated to progress to Director level
Understanding of the North West business landscape is advantageous
