About the Role

📍 Gatwick (Hybrid) | Full-Time | Audit & Assurance

We’re looking for an ambitious Audit Senior to join a growing audit team in the South East. This role offers exposure to a varied client portfolio and a modern, value-led approach to audit — focusing not just on compliance, but on identifying risk, opportunity, and business improvement.

You’ll take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, work closely with clients throughout the year, and play a key role in coaching and developing junior team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion

  • Prepare statutory accounts and corporate tax computations

  • Support on ad hoc audit and advisory projects for new and existing clients

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during fieldwork

  • Delegate, review, and supervise work completed by trainees and semi-seniors

  • Collaborate closely with managers and partners to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Proactively coach and develop junior team members through hands-on support and feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearing completion)

  • Proven experience leading audits from planning through to completion

  • Strong technical knowledge of audit, accounting, and compliance standards

  • Confident delegator with experience supervising junior staff

  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships

  • Organised and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple engagements

  • Comfortable using audit software and Microsoft Office
