About the Role

📍 Hampshire (Portsmouth & Southampton) | Hybrid | Full-Time | Audit & Assurance

We’re looking for an experienced Audit Manager to play a key role in developing and strengthening an audit presence across the Hampshire region. This is a newly created role offering genuine scope to shape a regional audit offering, manage an established client portfolio, and support continued growth.

You’ll lead audit engagements end-to-end, mentor junior team members, and build strong, trusted client relationships in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver audit engagements from planning through to completion

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high-quality and responsive service

  • Plan, control, and review audit work to ensure delivery to time, budget, and quality standards

  • Produce clear, concise audit reports and documentation

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members through coaching and feedback

  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with professional and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA or ACCA qualified

  • Proven experience managing audit engagements within practice

  • Confident leading teams and reviewing work in a digital audit environment

  • Experience using Inflo or similar audit software preferred

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and budgets

  • Commercial audit experience advantageous

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing regional team
