Private Client Tax Manager

📍 Chichester (Hybrid) | Full-Time | Private Client Services

We’re looking for a confident and knowledgeable Private Client Tax Manager to join a growing advisory team. You’ll play a key role in managing personal tax portfolios, offering practical solutions that help clients retain more of what they earn — all while developing your own career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own portfolio of private clients

• Handle tax compliance, including personal tax returns and tailored client advice

• Collaborate with solicitors and specialists on trusts, estates, and other client matters

• Support junior team members during peak times

• Identify and resolve technical tax issues or escalate when needed

• Help improve internal processes and client experience

• Opportunity to work on corporate and business-related tax matters

What We’re Looking For

• CTA-qualified preferred; will also consider ATT / ACCA / ACA with strong tax background

• Strong understanding of personal tax (trusts/estates experience is a plus)

• Client-facing confidence with excellent communication skills

• Highly organised and adaptable with a collaborative mindset

• Proactive and eager to share ideas that drive positive change
