📍 Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH) | Full-Time | Corporate Tax | Based in Horsham with occasional travel

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Corporate Tax Manager to join our established and growing tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead compliance and advisory services across a varied and prestigious client portfolio, ranging from entrepreneurial growth businesses to multinational groups and AIM-listed PLCs.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on UK and international corporate tax matters including structuring, reorganisations, R&D, share schemes, and business sales

• Lead the delivery of complex corporate tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients

• Review detailed corporation tax computations and returns

• Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients, building long-term advisory relationships

• Mentor and develop a team of three, fostering technical and professional growth

• Collaborate with international colleagues across the Kreston network

• Support business development and identify new advisory opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• CTA qualified (or qualified by experience)

• Demonstrable corporate tax experience in a practice environment

• Exposure to international tax (e.g. transfer pricing, DTR, CFCs) desirable

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience

• Self-starter mindset with excellent organisational ability

• Willingness to travel to client or regional offices occasionally
