We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Private Client Solicitor to help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. From wills and trusts to estate planning and probate, you’ll provide practical, bespoke legal advice while playing a key role in the growth of the companies private client practice.

What You’ll Do

• Draft wills and trusts tailored to each client’s wishes and needs

• Advise on estate and inheritance tax planning and compliance

• Manage probate and estate administration efficiently

• Deliver wealth protection and succession planning advice

• Collaborate with accountants and financial advisors across Sumer Group

• Help develop the private client team and attract new business

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified solicitor with strong private client experience

• Confident handling wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning

• Comfortable working with HNW individuals and families

• Skilled at building lasting client relationships and generating referrals

• Commercially aware with experience advising SME clients

• Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive mindset
