About the Role

📍 UK (Remote/Hybrid) | Full-Time | Legal Services

We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing legal team with a clear mission—supporting SMEs across the UK with practical, tailored legal advice. You'll play a key role in shaping the groups law property offering while working in close collaboration with accountancy partners and clients alike.

What You’ll Do

Handle lease negotiations, property transactions, and secured lending matters
Support corporate deals involving commercial property components
Deliver practical, business-aligned legal advice to SME clients
Collaborate with colleagues across legal and accountancy teams
Build and manage client relationships to drive business growth
Contribute to the development of Sumer Law's property practice

What We’re Looking For

Qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property
Skilled in drafting and negotiating leases, acquisitions, and finance deals
Comfortable advising SME clients with a commercial, consultative approach
Strong relationship-builder with a growth mindset
Confident communicator and team collaborator
Entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for spotting opportunities
