About the Role

Bookkeeper

📍 Uckfield | Full-Time | Hybrid Considered

We’re looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to join a growing team supporting a diverse client base. If you love tidy records, useful reports, and streamlined processes, this could be the perfect next move.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate financial records across multiple clients
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform reconciliations and month-end close
Produce timely, insightful financial reports
Support audits and year-end processes
Suggest improvements to financial systems and processes
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

What We’re Looking For

Strong bookkeeping experience (ideally in practice or multi-client environments)
Skilled in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Familiarity with accounting principles and reporting
Self-motivated, but also a team player
Proactive problem-solver and process improver
