Eco Recruitment Group focus on a full range of appointments within Accountancy Practice, with a client portfolio ranging from independent/boutique firms to 'Top 25' regional firms across Sussex and the UK.
What are we recruiting for?
We are looking to recruit a Charity Accountant—either a Semi-Senior or Senior-level professional who is ACCA or ACA part-qualified, near-qualified, or newly qualified.

This role can be FULLY REMOTE or HYBRID and either full time or part-time.
**Experience working with charities and not for profit organisations is essential**
The role:
- Lead audits from planning to completion
- Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance
- Liaise with clients to ensure a smooth audit process and address any queries
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the firm's growth
Requirements:
- ACCA or ACA part-qualified, near-qualified, or newly qualified
- Strong audit experience gained within an accountancy practice
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skill
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
