Associate Director – Digital & Creative Clients

📍 Brighton or Worthing (Hybrid) | Full-Time | Client Advisory & Leadership

We’re looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Associate Director to join a fast-growing team supporting some of the most exciting talent in the digital space — from YouTubers and streamers to models and influencers. If you’re a qualified accountant who thrives on variety, innovation, and working with creative entrepreneurs, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of digital and creative industry clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

• Deliver high-quality client service across compliance and advisory matters, with a commercial mindset.

• Plan and oversee assignments to ensure accurate, timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, proactively identifying new opportunities.

• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing regular feedback and training.

• Present process improvements and new opportunities in legislation and tech to senior leaders.

• Represent the firm through networking, marketing, and business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in practice.

• Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing new media entrepreneurs.

• Confident communicator who thrives in client-facing roles.

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

• A team player who inspires and supports others while driving positive change.
