Tax Consultant (Freelance) 🤫

A rare opportunity to work with a small independent practice in Worthing on a freelance / self-employed basis.

This is a flexible, collaborative role where work is provided on an ad hoc basis — ideal for an experienced tax professional looking to generate additional income alongside their current role or portfolio.

The Director is open on working arrangements, with full flexibility to complete assignments in your own time, whilst meeting agreed expectations and deadlines. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing tax support across a range of areas, including:
  • Capital Gains Tax
  • Pensions
  • Rental income
  • Private residence & overseas tax matters
  • LLPs
  • Trusts
• Supporting with advisory and technical tax assignments
• Working collaboratively with the Director on client matters
• Providing practical and commercially minded tax support

What We’re Looking For

• Strong personal tax/advisory experience
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience within practice preferred
• Exposure to trusts, CGT, and property tax matters beneficial
• Reliable, professional, and collaborative approach
• CTA/ATT qualified or qualified by experience considered
