About the Role
📍 Lincoln | Full-Time | Office-Based | Wealth Management
We’re looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to join a well-established Wealth Management team and play a pivotal role in its ongoing success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior operational role for a confident leader who thrives on creating structure, improving performance, and acting as a trusted right-hand to senior leadership.
You’ll take ownership of people, processes, and systems — driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
What You’ll Do

Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, including people management, operations, compliance, marketing, and client servicing

Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the Managing Director

Provide high-level technical and administrative support to advisers

Serve as an escalation point for complex client and operational queries

Manage workflow, holiday scheduling, and team performance

Ensure all client documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date

Oversee financial promotions, including website content

Track advice activity and management information through the CRM

Deliver training and technical support to new and junior team members

Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and technology
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a Practice Manager or senior administration role
-
Background in wealth management, financial services, or mortgage services
-
Strong leadership and people management capability
-
Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset
-
Confident communicator able to build trust quickly with clients and colleagues
-
Strong understanding of workflow management, systems, and regulatory requirements
-
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

DIP PFS preferred (full exam support available)

Professional, discreet, and confident in all interactions
