About the Role

📍 Lincoln | Full-Time | Office-Based | Wealth Management

We’re looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to join a well-established Wealth Management team and play a pivotal role in its ongoing success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior operational role for a confident leader who thrives on creating structure, improving performance, and acting as a trusted right-hand to senior leadership.

You’ll take ownership of people, processes, and systems — driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, including people management, operations, compliance, marketing, and client servicing

  • Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the Managing Director

  • Provide high-level technical and administrative support to advisers

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client and operational queries

  • Manage workflow, holiday scheduling, and team performance

  • Ensure all client documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date

  • Oversee financial promotions, including website content

  • Track advice activity and management information through the CRM

  • Deliver training and technical support to new and junior team members

  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and technology

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Practice Manager or senior administration role

  • Background in wealth management, financial services, or mortgage services

  • Strong leadership and people management capability

  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset

  • Confident communicator able to build trust quickly with clients and colleagues

  • Strong understanding of workflow management, systems, and regulatory requirements

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

  • DIP PFS preferred (full exam support available)

  • Professional, discreet, and confident in all interactions

The Kind of Person Who’ll Thrive

  • Strategic thinker who challenges the status quo and improves how things are done

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Inclusive leader who supports collaboration and development

  • Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure

  • Client-focused, relationship-driven, and commercially aware

  • Passionate about continuous improvement and professional growth

What’s on Offer

  • Comprehensive training and ongoing development

  • Full exam support for Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Flexible start and finish times

  • Potential for 1 day per week working from home (post-probation)

  • Workplace pension and life assurance

  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

  • Employee benefits and retail discounts scheme

  • Supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture

  • A genuinely influential role where your leadership will shape the future of the business
