Corporation Tax Partner – Advisory

📍 Hybrid (2+ days in office) | Full-Time | Corporate Tax Advisory

We’re looking for a commercially driven and technically astute Corporation Tax Partner to lead our corporate tax advisory practice. You’ll deliver high-impact strategic advice to a diverse client base, from restructuring to cross-border tax planning, while playing a key role in client development, project leadership, and mentoring.

What You’ll Do

• Act as lead corporate tax advisor for key clients, delivering strategic tax planning and risk management

• Advise on complex corporate tax matters including M&A, restructuring, and cross-border issues

• Lead advisory projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness

• Conduct in-depth tax research and deliver innovative solutions to technical challenges

• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture

• Drive business development, networking, and relationship building

• Leverage international connections (e.g. GGI) to support global tax opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in corporate tax, ideally in a top 20 firm

• ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified (or equivalent)

• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax law and planning strategies

• Proven ability to lead projects and manage senior-level client relationships

• Excellent communicator, with the ability to simplify complex issues

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth

• Collaborative leader with experience mentoring and developing teams
