About the Role

📍 Horsham (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH) | Full-Time | Corporate Tax
📌 Occasional travel to Sussex, Kent & London

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within a growing Corporate Tax team? We’re looking for a commercially minded Corporate Tax Manager to work closely with senior leadership, manage a diverse client portfolio, and balance high-quality compliance with rewarding advisory work.

This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role offering exposure to a wide variety of industries and technical challenges — ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and progression.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise UK and international clients on tax-efficient structuring

  • Manage and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

  • Deliver a 50/50 mix of corporate tax advisory and compliance work

  • Lead advisory assignments including reorganisations, demergers, EIS, R&D, share schemes, due diligence, and business sales

  • Review complex corporation tax returns and computations

  • Oversee corporate tax compliance for a varied client portfolio

  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices and international contacts

  • Act as the main point of contact for several premium clients

  • Train, mentor, and support a team of three, overseeing workflow and development

What We’re Looking For

  • CTA qualified or qualified by experience

  • Strong experience in corporate tax within a practice environment

  • Proactive, organised, and confident managing competing priorities

  • Exposure to international tax matters (DTR, treaties, transfer pricing, thin cap, CFCs) advantageous

  • Experience mentoring or managing junior staff

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client and office visits
