About the Role

Corporate International Tax Senior Manager

📍 London | Hybrid – predominantly office based) | Full-Time | Corporate & International Tax

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate International Tax Senior Manager to play a key role in the leadership and development of a growing international tax team. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Tax, you’ll combine high-level advisory work with client relationship management and people leadership, working with a diverse portfolio of UK and multinational businesses.

This role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to work on complex international and UK tax planning projects across multiple sectors.

There is a requirement to travel between our offices in London, Kent and Sussex when necessary. 

What You’ll Do

  • Advise UK and international clients on tax-efficient structuring

  • Act as a trusted business advisor, managing and developing key client relationships

  • Lead and deliver complex corporate and international tax advisory assignments, including:

    • Reorganisations and demergers

    • Loan relationships and EIS schemes

    • Transactional due diligence

    • Business sales and acquisitions

  • Collaborate closely with international colleagues across global networks

  • Oversee and support corporate tax compliance services for a varied client portfolio

  • Review complex corporation tax computations and returns

  • Line manage and develop a team of c.5 staff, including appraisals and work allocation

  • Identify tax planning opportunities while ensuring full compliance across business taxes

What We’re Looking For

  • CTA qualified (or equivalent)

  • Strong experience in corporate tax within a practice environment

  • Exposure to international tax matters including double tax treaties, transfer pricing, PE risk, withholding taxes and CFCs

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory projects

  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Willingness to travel between offices and client sites as required
