About the Role

📍 Halifax | Full-Time | General Practice

This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Senior Manager looking for a clear and accelerated pathway to Director level within 2–3 years. The role will evolve into a Regional Lead position, where you’ll play a key role in driving growth, transformation, and performance across the region.

You’ll take ownership of a substantial and diverse client portfolio while leading teams, shaping strategy, and helping to build the future of the practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a broad portfolio of audit, accounts, and advisory clients

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering consistently high service standards

  • Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of professionals across service lines

  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities within existing clients and through new business

  • Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategy

  • Lead change initiatives to improve efficiency, client experience, and regional presence

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

  • Significant post-qualification experience within practice

  • Proven experience managing client portfolios across audit, accounts, and advisory

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business development

  • Confident, influential leader with excellent communication skills

  • Ambitious and motivated to progress to Director level

  • Understanding of the North West business landscape is advantageous
